Merge PDF files

Two or more PDFs joined into one, in the order you set. Signed contracts, an invoice and its receipts, a report and its appendices. No watermark is added and there's no page limit.

Your file stays on this computer. There’s no upload button here, because there’s nowhere to send it. This tool runs inside the page you opened — like a calculator on a web page, it keeps working once it has loaded. How this works, and how to check it →

How to use it

  1. Choose two or more PDF files. They're combined in the order listed.
  2. Click Merge.
  3. Download the combined PDF.

Questions

Is my file uploaded anywhere?

No. The whole tool is inside this page, so the work happens on your computer. There is no server to send it to. If you'd rather check than take our word for it: use the tool once, on a sample file, with the settings you want. Then turn off your wi-fi and do exactly the same thing again in that tab, without reloading. It still works, because everything it needs is already here.

Is there a watermark or a page limit?

No watermark and no page limit, on any file, however many times you use it.

Will it work on a password-protected PDF?

Not currently. Encrypted PDFs need the password supplied before their pages can be read, and that isn't supported yet. Remove the password in your PDF reader first.

Are bookmarks and form fields kept?

Page content, images and vector graphics carry over exactly. Interactive form fields and bookmarks often don't survive the merge. If the form has to stay fillable, merge the other documents first and keep that one separate.
