Convert images to a PDF
Photographed receipts, scanned pages, signed forms sent back as pictures — anything that needs to arrive as one document. Add the images in order and they become a PDF, either sized to fit A4 or Letter with a margin, or with each page cut exactly to its image. Works with JPG and PNG.
Your file stays on this computer. There’s no upload button here, because there’s nowhere to send it. This tool runs inside the page you opened — like a calculator on a web page, it keeps working once it has loaded. How this works, and how to check it →
How to use it
- Choose your images. They're added in the order listed, one per page.
- Pick a page size, or let each page match its image exactly.
- Click Create PDF and download it.
Questions
Is my file uploaded anywhere?
No. The whole tool is inside this page, so the work happens on your computer. There is no server to send it to. If you'd rather check than take our word for it: use the tool once, on a sample file, with the settings you want. Then turn off your wi-fi and do exactly the same thing again in that tab, without reloading. It still works, because everything it needs is already here.
Does it accept PNG as well as JPG?
Yes, and it works out which is which from the file's own contents rather than its name. Phone cameras and screenshot tools often hand you a JPEG named .png, and that's handled without you having to rename anything.
Are the images re-compressed?
No. The original image data goes in as it is, so nothing is degraded and there's no quality setting to get wrong. It also means the PDF is about the size of your images added together — 12 photos of 5 MB make a 60 MB PDF.
How do I control the order?
Pages follow the order shown after you add the files, which is the order your system listed them. To move one to the end, remove it with the × and add it again.
Can I make them all the same size?
Choose A4, Letter or Legal instead of fitting to the image. Each page then uses that size, turned to landscape automatically for wide images, with the picture centred and scaled to fit inside whatever margin you set.
